    RMAs

    Heya guys,
    I'd like to hear about everyone's experiences with RMAs of computer parts. Right now I'm going through a hellish RMA to HIS with a radeon graphics card, and they haven't responded to anything I've sent, and its been gone for 2 months.
    Intruders detected. Primary defense matrix initiated.

    I had great luck with every RMA I've had to do - and AC cooler came with a broken prong - had a new one within 10 business days.

    DOA mobo - Asus - within 10 business days

    DOA Ram - corsair - within 10 business days.
