Will the Ripjaws-X (dualkit) fit under a Mugen 2?Or do I need to get other cooler that's about the same price or cheaper (like CoolerMaster Hyper 212+)?

I can't speak for the Mugen 2, but my Ripjaws X fit underneath my Hyper 212+ (well, not directly underneath it, but if I had 4 sticks of RAM the one closest to the CPU socket would be, and it would clear it just barely)

Yes. And then some. You can most likely clock 4.8GHz with a Hyper 212+ and have decent temps under load (for exact temps - google is your friend) depending on room temperature.
