    need help with the addon Grid!!!

    i use grid as my personal raid watch/raid bars for healing/ taunting/dispelling.

    i have the usual where the person who has agro has a red little square on the top right of the portrait, and debuffs on the other corners , but recently i reformated my comp and when i reinstalled grid the indicators arent working at all, not for threat, not for debuffs. they are all checked off.

    anyone have any advice
