well, here is your answer. shaman is a very bad target for DI.

Imo wait with popping demon-soul and trinkets until you have a power torrent proc and if you are tailor lightweave embroider as opener imo - just apply CoE , shadow bolt - haunt at first. With some luck they have already triggered by now, if not just cast corruption ( gets auto refreshed with haunt and gets new spell mods I think ) and then shadowbolt until you get it both. Shouldnt take more than 2 to get it off from my experience. Then pop everything then your dots are mega powered up - this helps especially on your BoD.

Not sure if its worth casting BoD after the corruption and then renewing it - yes the BoD renewing with everything popped does give 5 ticks which are all going to be mega strong.

DI thing : Shaman is a good target DI , maybe best if you can buy the shaman to spam riptide before pull so you have 3 stacks up =)
