weird ending of content URL

every time i visit the content page, i get a URL that looks like this. it seems like this is part of a session ID that is transmitted using the "POST" mechanic. i've replaced the first 4 letters/numbers so it can't be abused. this should however be enough to link the URL to a session, i think.

should i be worried about this?
