[Computer Help] What would you do?

I just got paid (yay!) and I am looking to buy certain computer parts to beef up my computer. I've been running this computer for 3 years now and I sense problems/failure in the near future, so it's time to upgrade!

First off, I am pretty competent with computers, I have built many and I understand most concepts to them. So I am just looking for extra advice or maybe a better path/price shown to me.

Second off, I am only in need of certain things, here's the list:
    • Computer Case
    • Video Card
    • Processor
    • RAM (Optional, I already have 4 gigs, but I am willing to buy 4 gigs more.)
Third off, I only have 450$ max to spend.
Here is what I am thinking of getting:
    Video Card:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814162052
    Processor:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819103727
    RAM:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231421
    Case:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811119227

I already have the Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131631

So now I have a couple of questions:
    1. I already have a Power Supply, but it's only 550Watts, will that be enough or do I need to upgrade the power supply?
    2. If I decide to grab 4 more gigs of RAM, is it bad to mix and match? Do I need to know anything specific like the pin# or speed?
    3. This is my first time building a higher end PC, do I need any type of Heatsinks or anything?
    4. Is there anything out there that is better or cheaper for the same cost, what would you recommend? (Trying to keep up under 400$ really, 450$ max)

    Thanks for all/any help!

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820148334 Better price for better RAM. Your power supply should be sufficient, but without knowing the graphics card you have its hard to make exact judgement.

get more money.. honestly 550 isnt enough you could do a whole lot more with more wattage its a personal choice
im just not sure you could build a good computer for 450... i could be very wrong. you might not want it pimped out

To be completely honest, I'm not looking to pimp it out. I'm not building a whole computer. I can leave out the case and ram to upgrade it more, but I am not looking for anything amazing. I only play WoW, and my current 3 year old computer runs WoW max setting with 20-30 FPS.

2: For playing Wow, i wouldn't say more than 4 gigs is necessary, unless you run multiple monitors with other stuff running.
3: A heatsink better than the one following the box should only be necessary if you want a silent computer or if you overclock your stuff (or you know, if you live somewhere very hot )
4: Buy marshmellows - even with 400 bucks im sure you cant get enough!

Im running the infamous power hungry GTX470 (20% OC) on a 500W.
