Custom Boss Health UNIT Frames

I've been looking around for customizable Boss Health frames, much like the ones you'd see in TukUI or ElvUI. I have very specific needs in a UI so I generally stay away from non-customizable UI packs like the aforementioned. I understand that they are anchored to the Minimap, so I was wondering if there was a Minimap addon that allows for customization of these health frames.

No, but most of the UF addons (except Pitbull4, notably) have the ability to modify them.
