After uppgrading computer no fps increase.....

I just bought and installed new computer set,
New things: 8gb ram, i5 2500k processor, Asus P8Z68-V Pro motherboard, windows 7
Already have: ATI Radeon 5770 Graphic card.

Why am I still running on the same fps in-game (World of Warcraft) as I did with about 3gb ram, windows xp, AMD athlon 2 x4 640 processor and ASUS AH 3650 silent motherboard...

Except this the computer works fine..

    Anyone have any idea?

Well youve installed all the latest drivers right?
Are your CPU and GPU temperatures cool?
Are you sure your CPU is running at full speed?
Have you tried disabling all WoW addons?

Also note that using the CD is typically not advised.

What resolution and settings are you on and in what zone? If you're in say SW or Org at 1920 resolution you aren't going to get 60+ fps.

Download CoreTemp. It will show your temperature for all 4 processor cores and also tell you the speed of your CPU.
It wont tell you much usefulness if you look at it while not doing anything heavy though. Open up WoW and then quickly ALT-TAB out of it and check CoreTemp to see the temperatures and speed exactly when your lagging in WoW.

Go learn what Vertical Sync does before you make claims like that.
Or read the whole topic. Vertical sync doesnt cap your fps to 20-30.
Unless your monitors refresh rate is 30hz. (Which i hope the OP does not have. 60hz is the typical rate)

Could it possible be that the vertical sync is somehow enabled even if the settings in-game are on disabled? Since the graphics doesnt look the same as before.
My grapgics looks like once when my computer crached and i had to turn it off, not smooth lines, the edges of things are not smooth, even if the settings are the same as before.

That's way off, you should be at a far higer FPS on those settings with that machine. Turn off all addons first, those are notorious for killing framerate. If not, look thru any and all processes to make sure a million usuless ones aren't running, active virus monitors can be a real drag and you won't be getting any viruses while activly gameing so turn those on only when surfing.

Beyond that it could be in the initial configuration. When I first built this PC I loaded a driver off the MoBo istallation disk that had some kind of harddisk controller driver that really hated my processor, had all cores running at around 35% even at idle. Look for signs like that to track down the issue.

Is your monitor connected to the graphics card or the motherboards ports? Because just an FYI, if you're connected to the MOTHERBOARDS PORTS and did NOT install Lucid Virtu then you're defaulting to the Intel HD GPU.

So there's what's wrong. Either install Lucid Virtu or run off the GRAPHICS CARDS PORTS.

Right now your biggest bottleneck is the ATI Radeon 5770 Graphic card... It is a 128bit interface card. Most gaming graphics cards are 256bit or more. I would look into getting a higher quality card. That should help a LOT. The 128bit cards or less are more or less "budget" cards and really are only in the end good for maybe HD video watching not main hard gaming.

Maybe YOU should learn what it does. It will lock your FPS to a fraction of your Refresh. So if your card could put out 49 FPS in a certain area, it'll cap at 45. 33 FPS? Caps at 30 22 FPS? Caps at 20. And so on.

This is why your graphics look like shit and you have bad frame rate right now. You need to open everything back up and find out why the video card isn't working, might be a BIOS setting to default to the on-board.
