Help with power aura´s

Ive been so fortunate that the guild sponsered the new Scales of life.

However i cant get it to work proberly with Power aura´s i want the effect to only show when the trinket, Scales of Life is fully stored around 17k HP and is off cooldown. ATM i can only get it to work when there is any HP´s in it, meaning from 0-17k and Power Aura's pop again even just after i used and there is still 50 secs left of the Cooldown

What you need to do is make one aura that tracks the item cooldown of Scales of Life, Shift-Click it and set it to OFF, but take note of the aura # at the top of the window.

Then make a second aura tracking the Weight of a Feather buff with a tooltip check of 17095 and an aura combo # check from the first aura you made.
