Deus Ex for 2,50 on Steam. Is it worth it?

It's a great game, you can play through all ninja like and hide and sneak around, or just brute force your way through things and shoot everyone. A pretty revolutionary game.

It wasn't that revolutionary, since System Shock 2 predated it by almost a year. But yes, Deus Ex is one of the best PC games ever made, no doubt about it.

If you're in a retro mood, get Thief: The Dark Project, Thief 2: The Metal Age, and System Shock 2 while you're at it. All three were made by the company Looking Glass Studios (SS2 was LGS/Irrational Games), and were top notch. Quite a few of the people at Looking Glass went on to work at Ion Storm, which did Deus Ex. A few went to form Irrational Games, known for BioShock (Hi Ken, you masterful storyteller) and others spread out to do work for studios such as Bethesda and even Valve. LGS was the cream of the 90s game developers and they've continued to prove their ability.
