Building a new comp for WoW

Hey everyone,

I've been off WoW for about 6 months now and I'm looking to get back into the game. (I feel like everytime I leave, I always come back.... yes it's time for a new MMO). But with that said, I'm looking to spend about $750 on a new gaming rig that can handle WoW on ultra with good fps. Currently I'm in college for Comp Software Engineering, and thus have never been introduced to the hardware side of things. I'd love everyone's input and thanks for your time.

p.s. Keyboard and Monitor are already set in stone and not included in the $750.

I built my comp for 750 about 8 months ago and Im not sure if I did a bad job or something but on Ultra settings its only getting about 20 fps
High its about 40-50
