    Need help upgrading my computer

I have had my computer for almost 2 years now and I'm thinking about upgrading the video card, PSU, and maybe the CPU.
My computer is a Dell XPS 9000 so i need help knowing if the upgrade is worth or if it will fit in the case
I'm willing to spend $600 on the upgrades

    Current specs:
    CPU:Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz
    RAM: 12GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260 1792Mb
    PSU: 475W

    possible new hardware:
since the first thing I need is a new PSU I thing these are possible options
    PSU:
    CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX850 V2

    CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX650 V2

    GPU:
    GTX 560

and going a bit over the budget

    GTX 570

any help I can get will be appreciated

The CPU shouldn't need upgrading, it's only one generation old and should run stuff fine (personally I try to upgrade every other generation, or every 3 generations)
I'd go for the GTX 560 Ti (or a non reference one such as the MSI Twin Frozr series), it's performance and price is right in between the 560 (non-Ti) that you linked and the 570.
Also, when did EVGA come out with this cooler? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130651

The 560 wouldn't need more than 500 watts (if that), so the 850W PSU you linked would be overkill. I seem to remember one of Corsair's PSU lines not being too good... was it the TX or the CX ones? Either way, check up on that.

Get the TX650 with the GTX 570.

As for Mobo and CPU, there is no need to change that. Espeically not when consdering that Ivy-Bridge is due release Q1 2012.

    @Adappy

It was the Corsair CX series that was not particulary good. The TX series is perfectly fine.
Your greed, your foolishness has brought you to this end.
