Edit: H TM is only behind Shard of Woe and H VPLC, so you've got it good for someone without Shard.

Shard of Woe > H:VLPC > H:TM > VLPC > MWC/DMC > TM > others
Where does the JC trinket fits there?
You can get a not horrible idea by adding the gear available to you in rawr and running an optimize.

do you have some advice on when to use MWC and when DMC:V? or is there any special conditions to prefer one over the other?
my second trinket is HTM. on forums i see all the time arguments for MWC over DMC:V and the other way around...
im asking cause i think you changed trinket to DMC in your latest BiS, didnt you?
Dmc:v > mwc.
DMC (reforged to hit to make up for lack of hit on rest of gear) > MWC > DMC

Load your sets up into Simulationcraft, 25k iterations, and you have an accurate result.
Confirming that this list is indeed correct. You end up hit capped and 50 haste rating away from the haste cap. DMC is required to reach the hitcap, so it's BiS in normal mode gear. If you have P1 of the legendary, you will be able to go well over the haste and hit caps, and be able to use Moonwell Chalice instead of DMC.
