could someone make me a videogame related wallpaper (not wow)?

okay, i've got a mammoth project for a wallpaper only (no signature for now). i don't really care if it takes a while, because it encompasses everything i like and i would love to have it as my background for my new computer.

before i start, yes, i know there's a wallpaper thread, but that's only for WoW related wallpapers. this one doesn't have WoW.

what i want, on a 1920*1080 pixel resolution (native resolution for my laptop):

A circle in the middle with 2 parts around it, with borders at 12 and 6 on the clock.

on the top left part, blue shader background (blue at the center, getting whiter as you approach the edge):

I don't care how long it takes, and i know it'll take a while because it's a pretty hefty project. i've even reduced it somewhat because i thought it would else become too much.
