Pandemonium is looking for exceptional players to bolster our roster. We're a 25-man raiding guild guild who prides ourselves off of progression and strives to complete all content at hand. When we raid, we raid very efficiently, however, we raid to have fun.

Expectations:
Performance: We expect players to be able to output competitive damage, while being able to endure the mechanics of a given encounter. Players are expected to do outstanding damage and are expected to keep up, or surpass that of our current core. We look for the best of the best players who are willing to put fourth 110% effort on every attempt, of every encounter. If players are not living up to (or exceeding) this potential or expectation, they should expect to be replaced. There are plenty of mediocre players out there that think they have what it takes to be in a hardcore raiding guild, if you are one of these players, you won't last very long here. Bottom line, be amazing.

Attendance: Attendance is very straight forward - show up to raids. If you fail to show up to raids consistently, you will not pass trial or last long as a member, simple as that. You should be ontime, 15 minutes prior to raid time, ready to go.

Preparation: Players should be ready to go, at the instance by 6PM. We usually will have groups made very quickly, so you should have your flasks, potions and food buffs ready-to-go. On occasion, when the guild bank permits, we will provide you with some of these. However, you're always expected to have them on you. Expect the unexpected.

Attitude: We look for players who are very thick-skinned and have a similar attitude to us. We are the type of guild that will draw blood from a rock, we don't give up and you should be the same way. If remotely difficult encounters upset you, then you simply don't have what it takes to be in a hardcore raiding guild. You have to want it, and want it more than anything else. And most of all, let yourself have it. When we raid, you should be ready to down content, be serious and efficient. You should strive towards persistence and perseverance.

Personality: We nurture and maintain a very light, funny raid environment. We expect players to mesh well with our current player base. However, when it comes down to it, at the end of the day, we get content done and have a heck of a time doing it. If you can't take an active Ventrilo or joking around during raids, then I'd look elsewhere. At the end of the day, this is a game and we want to have a good time.

All in all, we look for the entire "package deal". We look for players who can perform to our high expectations and mesh into our guild well. Ultimately, we love to enjoy ourselves, but at the same time complete content at a hardcore level.
