You can kill all turtles and all scorpions.

There are more patriarchs in the lava pool to the right and there's a hatchling also in the lava.


For the "making a raid" issue, if you have an alt and a guild, invite a guildie, convert to raid, give them assist log to your alt, get invited, log to your main, make the guildie leave the group = WIN.

My friend got a good 4 items in 2 hours, thats anywhere from 100-200k depending on which items you get.

The scalpel can sell for 60, ranseur 40.

It also depends on server, but these items are selling for A LOT at the moment, which is why you should hurry for now.
