interrupts

how do i know when the enemy has used hes interrupt on me? I know that if im locked out there is the cd, but if its a class with one school of magic, you must stop cast halfway to trick the interrupt.

But how do i know if the interrupts been used ?

i believe there are some addons, I'm not sure which ones though. I hardly ever pvp so i just suck it up as a holy pally and wait the few seconds before i can cast anything again

Go to Curse.com and download InterruptBar.

Move it to where you want it to be and type /ib hidden, or hide (not sure which one), and there you go. Whenever somebody interrupts it'll pop up with a count-down.

Where'd you find that? They stopped updating it in wotlk and the one on arena junkies wont work for me
