The Thundering Legion Destromath (US) We recently had our resto druid ninja quit so he could go scum his way into another guild for more loot. Now obviously we are in need of a new pro healer.... Core Spot no benchwarming. ►Raid days&times - tues, weds and thurs from 6pm to 10pm pacific time. For the summer, might be brought down to 9 pm after the summer. ►Our Progression - 8/13 Heroic (al akir p3 5%) 7/7 Normal 1/7 Heroic ►►►►►Contact us in game at Drácus, Izánagi, Xenatar, Cierqt, Bananers, or Bananerz. ►Requirements: Recruiting one exceptional healer. Always recruiting outstanding players. ►Do not apply if you are undergeared and do not have a WoL ►We'd like all our applicants to have appropriate gear given the current tier of content. Experience from WoTLK, and the previous tier's encounters / achievements is highly preferred. While outstanding applicants with minimal raid achievements may be accepted this is not something you should rely on. We are a hardcore end-game raiding guild and need recruits that are able to hit the ground running in the current tier of content. ► You must be a highly active player and 100% raid Attendance is required due to our VERY LIGHT schedule. ► You should be able to take criticism. If you mess up, take responsibility. If you see someone else mess up, rat them out. ► The needs of nine other people exceed the needs of one person. We don't want to hear you crying about how a piece of loot didn't drop and how a fight pisses you off or that it is too hard/boring for you. This directly as well as indirectly impacts progression. i.e Deal with it and if you cant, do not apply. ► You should be in charge of your own account and internet. ► You must have a some what stable connection. A DC or Two a week is fine. If you experience multiple disconnections a day please don't bother applying. ► You must have a working mic and sound. Please download Ventrilo as it is required for our raids. www.ventrilo.com ► TTL is an adult oriented guild so expect crude humor, harsh language, and non constructive criticism at times. Also if your parents pull out your power cord before raid times are over please do not apply. ► If no prior warning is given about a late arrival you WILL be replaced for the rest of the evening at 6:00 PM PST. ► We are not your personal pocket Wal-mart. You must farm all your consumables (with the exception of buff foods, we will provide those). Double Potting is required for all progression encounters. ► You must know your spec inside and out. You must be able to perform reasonably well in your two other off specs if you are told to respec. ► Failure to research is the number one reason people are replaced in our raids. Our progression is top tier on such a light schedule because 90% is knowing the fight and 10% is executing it. All of our raiders are constantly looking to improve on a per-boss basis. We are constantly looking at WoL's from other guilds as well as multiple video's and formulating strategies via ventrilo (and sometimes facebook) ► You must have a high level of patience.
