    Major favour please

Would anyone, if they have the time and are happy to help ofcourse, be willing to help me finding a build for a new PC. I'm not that great with PCs and I won't be putting it together myself but the person who is hasn't got time to look into it because at the moment he has got a big job on at work.

The main games i'll be useing it for is WoW (obviously), Minecraft, Football manager, Portal 2 and the new Star Wars MMO when it is released. Basically it would be nice to be able to play majority of new games that are coming out, MW3, BF3 ect aswel. Top graphic setting are not a must but would be nice if a graphics card that can handle top graphcis fits into my budget.

£700 is my budget, maybe up to £800 if I promise the wife more help around the house . I don't need a monitor, mouse, keyboard ect just the system itself. I'm from England just incase you happen to look at sites that are USA only or something, not that I want you to provide the sites just the name of the parts and that they are all compatible.

Any help would be appreciated as, like I said, i'm not that great with knowing what's compatible or which is better for your mone.

    Thanks

Are you able to build it yourself? or at least learn to on the go? or does it need to be a pre-built?

I won't be putting it together myself no but I have a friend who will be. Basically i'll be the one buying the parts and getting them delivered and when I have the parts he will be popping up to mine to put it together ect. He is currently busy with a new job he has received, he is a free lance graphic designer, so he hasn't got time to look into what parts/system I can get for my money.

Might want some tweaking with regard to the Case, PSU and RAM but that should give you a good start.

Leaves you some flexibility over a harddrive... i'd go for:

    Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB 64MB Cache Hard Disk Drive SATA 6 Gb/s 126MB/s <4.2ms 7200rpm - OEM
1TB Capacity, SATA 6Gb/s Interface, 7200RPM Spin Speed, 64MB Cache, 5 Year Warranty
    Order Code:
    Manf. Code:
    WD-1002F
    WD1002FAEX
    Western Digital
    32 Due Tomorrow
    £54.15

    but

    Samsung Spin Point F3 SATAII 1TB 32MB Cache Hard Drive <8.9ms 7200rpm - OEM
1TB Capacity, SATA-II Interface, 7200RPM Spin Speed, 8.9ms Average Seek Time, 32MB Cache, 3 Year Warranty
    Order Code:
    Manf. Code:
    SAM-F31TB
    HD103SJ
    Samsung
    50+ in stock
    £34.15
will do pretty much the same job just fine.
