As the title says, I am looking for a guild that has at least 10/13 heroic experience in t11.

I have 9/13 tier 11 experience.

I am looking for a guild that raids 3 days / week.
I prefer a 10m guild, but would look into nice 25m guilds with small rosters.
Alliance/horde does not matter.
I am slightly undergeared due to the fact that I had recently rerolled from US realms. - 361 iLvL to be precise, should be fixed pretty easily within a few weeks.
