[H] Esoteric recruiting! Heroic 25 man (Click for info!)

Current progress: 4/7 25 man HC

Esoteric is a semi-hardcore 25 man guild on Balnazzar-EU and has been around for three years.
Starting out more casual and community-oriented in early BC, we're now 100% dedicated to endgame raiding and aim for hard mode clears before nerfs in the top 100. Coming out server second in WotLK, we advanced to number one with all server first achievements in Cataclysm.
Nevertheless, we're still valuing the community highly and are looking for people that are willing to integrate into and become a part of it, rather than just excellent raiders.

We are currently 4/7 in heroic and 7/7 in normal Firelands, all server firsts and completed on 25 man.

In Tier 11 we were 12/12 normal and 13/13 heroic with seven 25 man server firsts in normal and eight in heroic 25 man. Keep in mind these were 25 man kills and not 10.


We ask you to,

- Have a great attitude towards progressive raiding. Be motivated to raid.

- Be familiar with your class and other ingame mechanincs.

- We supply consumables for progress raids(cauldrons and feasts). You should still come prepared to said raids. Potions. Tactics.

- Keep your head cool when raiding, good moods and high spirits give the best momentum.

- Tolerate our kicked back(read: insanely childish) sense of humor and have good microphone.


Our current raiding nights are:
Wednesday, 7-11 PM, Server time
Thursday, 7-11 PM, Server time
Sunday, 7-11 PM, Server time
Monday, 7-11 PM, Server time
Tuesday, 7-11 PM, Server time (We only raid on Tuesday for a few weeks after new content has been released)

Paladins, Open. 1x Protection 1x Holy
Priests, Open: 2x Disc/holy, preferably with Shadow off-spec 1x Shadow

Shamans, Open. 1x Enha 1x Elem
Warlocks, Closed.
Warriors, Closed.


The ability to perform at a high level with multiple specs if you are a hybrid is of course a plus.
