Baleroc Vital Flame Procs

I am having some problems with Vital Flame procing when I don't expect it to. I see 2 possibilities to the problem. Either beacon/Illuminated Healing is being considered a direct heal or I need to stop healing the tanks when Vital Flame is down to 2 seconds are so. Anyone else having similar problems?

I can confirm beacon doesnt proc it, so maybe its some lags as debuff is wearing off.

Or maybe blizzard hotfixed it, so paladins are equal with other healers? (i'm paladin too )

Beacon and illuminated healing don't proc vital flame as far as I'm aware. I had been running into the same situation for a while, but started to shift off the tank just a couple seconds earlier. Our guild will switch between tank healing groups with about 4-5 seconds left on the debuff which seems to work just fine

unless they changed it, beacon won't proc it, you have to direct heal them.

Beacon does not proc it as of our kill last night.
