Is there any guild running them? I noticed I had they quest left on my char, abandoned it and got a new, other one in dalaran. It seems it's still in game and gives you justice points when completed.
Should be something fun for guilds out there, people who miss ulduar and so on.
Are you and /or your guild doing the quest?

we run old raids occasionally and if the quest is there then we do it, but otherwise we don't actively try and complete them each week.
