Yep, The Legend of Dragoon, possibly the most awesome game ever made, even FF7 bleaks in comparison!
Anyone here ever played it?

Lord of Destruction? Of Course!!!!!!
Lord of Destruction was a kickass Xpac.
Diablo is awesome, but c'mon, Legend of Dragoon has it all.
Legend of Dragoon had the most hilariously terrible voice acting ever.
I played it a bit years ago. I loved the combat system. That's how to make turn based combat interesting as hell
VOLCANO!
Best combat system in a turn based RPG Ever.
That was a good game. Lol I remember being blown away by the cut scenes
Oh yes. Legend of Dragoon is my favorite PS1 game. From the combat system to the engaging story, truly an epic game.
Legend of Dragoon was a great game. I enjoyed it thoroughly.
Wish I had played it myself, but I wasn't really into RPGs back then. Shame.
Don't think they sold it in Norway anyway.
I ripped it off my PS1 discs, luckly before my roomate fell on em and broke em... sadly my laptop with them crashed and I lost all my copies of it. Can't find any more copies of the game, and I wanna finish it Q.Q Dragoon is on my list of games I want to finish but never will (Jet Set Radio Future, LoD, .hack series, xenosaga)
It's not just me, it's ALL rets. Join the ret MS club, get bitches, get money, get nerfed.
It takes idiots to do cool things. That's why they're cool.
I thought it was a good game, but not super awesome.
The combat was different and fun.
The acting was fairly terrible.
The story was decent, but felt kinda rushed from end of disc 3 on. It felt like they went "crap, we have 3 discs of about 4 separate stories going on. Nobody will buy a 5 disc game, quick, how do we wrap this up?" Led to a kind of CF of info at end of Disc 3 with Disc 4 being trudge to the end.
Since we sort of are on the topic of PS1 multi-disk RPGs for PS1, does anyone remember Shadow Madness? It was pretty much a FF7 clone game play wise but it was one of the few "modern"(by which I mean anything besides Ultima/Might&Magic/Wizardry) turn based RPGs made by a non-asian game company.
I miss pre-nerf Light of Dawn as well.
Why am I back here, I don't even play these games anymore
The problem with the internet is parallel to its greatest achievement: it has given the little man an outlet where he can be heard. Most of the time however, the little man is a little man because he is not worth hearing.
I thought he meant the Legion of Doom......WWWHHHHAAAATTTTT AAAAAAA RRRRUUUUSSSHHHHHH!!!!!
This thread went off-topic fast.
Yes, I loved Legend of Dragoon. Its in my top 2 for J-RPG (the other being FF9). Tiresome near the end, but a great game nevertheless.
Also, Lord of Destruction was pretty awesome.
