When does the conquest cap increase?

Hi all. I have a quick question regarding the conquest cap increase. What arena rating is needed to get the cap to increase? And does anybody have a graph of conquest cap to arena rating?

For arenas, it starts going up once you pass 1500 rating, and it increases faster than linearly until you hit the high 2000's.
