Divine Shield Question

In the last phase of Ragnaros he summons Living Meteors that fixate on a random player, on impact the meteor will explode doing 500k
damage to everyone with in 8 yards.

Does anyone know if a paladin could get fixated and run off to one side of the room and use Divine Shield and run into the meteor to make it
explode and go away or would the damage go through the bubble and kill the paladin?







I am not a paladin so I can not try this myself.

After looking at some videos from kills I'd guess it doesn't work and it goes through bubble or you can't make it explode since you're immune to touch.

We tried this, it didn't work for us. Also if a meteor is targeting you and you bubble, the meteors just retarget someone else.

If you bubble, it will target someone else. But if you do manage to time it and make it blow up, you'll survive the explosion but the meteor doesn't go away. It'll just continue on its rampage and target somebody else. So its pointless to bubble unless you're kinda pinned and have nowhere to go.
