Need Help: Strata/transparency of Quartz

Havin a bit of trouble with the background transparency.
I've changed the LUA of Quartz to High.. SO now the issue is the transparency of the background of the cast bar.

I have it on 100% in game for darkness and transparency and ect..
Doesnt fix it..
Where would I find it in the LUA file.. I cant see it.

See image attached for a better idea of what I mean.
I just want the background of my cast bars to be solid black, not transparent.
