Cleaning out a desktop PC

My PC's gone about 6 months since i gave it a clean out, and it's starting to look pretty dusty. I'm not sure about the best way to do this though, can anyone link me a guide or just give me advice on cleaning the dust out of a computer? I've been using air spray cans but i've heard of people using paintbrushes and the like.

Incidentally, my case is an Antec 900 with a large cpu cooler that makes it hard to get at some places, and my cable management isn't the best..
