MMO-Champions and RSS Feeds?

does MMO_Champion allow RSS feeds? I cant seem to find out how lmao and I want to add the recent posts thing from the front page to my Rainmeter program...

if this is allowed and possible, can someone help me?

Yes. If you go to the main forums index, there's an RSS icon to the right of each topic.

thanks a bunch! but theres not an RSS feed for the Recent Posts? like on the front page next to the Blue Tracker...
