They haven't said anything on the matter as of yet. Odds are, likely not as the Barbarian is the only returning hero--I can't confirm but I believe all the other D2 heroes will have been corrupted/gone mad as did the non-Warrior heroes of the first Diablo (the Rogue, for example, became Blood Raven).
