[Skyrim] What will your backstory be?

The backstory is left ambigious so you can roleplay. So I don't have any idea. I remember there was a good mod for oblivion though where you arrive on a boat and you can choose noble, craftsmen etc as your backstory.

Guards, yes. Guards that instantly hear about a crime you did in that remote cabin in the middle of nowhere or ALL rush you the second one does? I hope not. That guard overhaul for oblivion should be built in .
