:::THINGS WE EXPECT OF YOU:::
• Attendance: Players are required to attend a minimum of 2 raids per week and post in our Vacation/Night Off forum when they can not make a raid in at least one day in advance. We understand that real life issues happen and we are happy to accommodate you, as long as an officer is aware and it is posted on our forums. If you disappear often for no apparent reason, don’t expect a raiding spot if you return.

• Gear pre-App: All applicants should be near or at their ideal setup to directly contribute to our current content. We are interested in players who can help us raid right now. Please do not expect to join and receive gear immediately.

• Situational awareness, personality and effort: We are not very forgiving of mistakes or lack of skill. We expect you to learn and own up to them. If you can’t deal with criticism, or if you make the same mistakes over and over, please re-consider your application. You will be expected to play your class to the fullest extent of what it is capable of doing. We expect you to put in 110% effort on all progression fights. If we notice you are unable to do this, we will bring in someone who is.
