the progression guilds on our server are having the same issue, the guild i'm in generally isn't on the cutting edge of server progression, we're 2/7 HM, probably in the middle of the pack as far as raiding guilds go... but i do know our 3 high end raiding guilds are always struggling to find people who are able to push content successfully... seems that the talent pool is tapped atm...
last i checked only about 30% of guilds have killed normal ragnaros so your up there
