Why are there blue pink yellow purple and silvery anime-ponies all over my internet these days. This anthropomorphizing of horses has its origins in a cartoon show making the promotion of a feudal furry society dominated by women. SO. I was wondering who was sharing my opinion on this subject that Ponies is the most evil disease to ever strike the internet.

Well I can't say exactly why everyone likes it, but for me I enjoy pinky pies randomness, and also enjoying finding the easter egg references like to "Pinky and the Brain"and Peppy Le Pew from "Loony Toons". But like anything else it just has an aspect to it that appeals to people. I will never understand why so many people love those reality shows like "The Bachelor" for instance, but it has a large viewing audience. It's just one of those things.

needless to say it resembles the originals in name only, and the fact that adult males will watch the show regardless of stereotypes against them should do nothing but reassure you of its quality.

I'm just going to say - the My little Pony thread on these forums, reached a staggering amount of posts really quickly.

It worries me slightly.

I'm going to assume that the show contains either some sort of psychadelic or has subliminal messages in it.

If only I could taste the magic /rapeface. That part made me lol the hardest.

I like the show because it reminds me of all the shows I grew up with. The humor isn't from their stupidity, or just stupid fun (like Family Guy is), it is from the characters (somewhat like the Simpsons). And it's also not a "kids" show. By that I mean shows like Dora the Explorer where they blatantly teach the morals with a 4th wall breaking scene. It's actually really entertaining to watch.
