I would like to see ManCity crash and burn, but this might not be very likely. And i hope Arsenal will be a title contender but i'm not getting my hopes up too high on this either. But who knows, with Vermaelen back, Wilkshire becoming more experienced and if Nasri and Fabregas stay, it might be possible.
Chelsea or ManUtdWho'll win the league?
ChelseaTop 4?
ManUtd
ManCity
Arsenal
RooneyPlayer of the Year?
As a Liverpool supporter, I'll avoid the whole "Top 4" part.
Player of the year, I think we'll see Rooney. Sadly, the guy is a goddamn BEAST.
I think United can win the league again but there will be a decent challenge from Chelsea. Man City have a lot to prove again after capsizing last week in the Community Shield. You can poke all the fun you want at the Giant 50p Trophy but to have gone 2-0 up and ended losing 3-2 cannot be good for morale. Arsenal seem to break every season and if Fab/Nasri do leave, I can see another trophyless year on their horizon.
Tottenham will be wanting to improve on their 5th place finish last season and if Arsenal severely underperform this year, they [Spurs] could be the ones who nab that final Champions League spot.
Anyway, I think the top four could end up being:
Manchester United
Chelsea
Manchester City
Tottenham Hotspur
As long as Blackburn don't go down, I don't care :P
We have a good backbone for a top half team, but the squad is rubbish.
I'll just leave this here:

Liverpool supporter talking here.
I think United, as much as it pains me to say it, are out and out favourites for the league, especially if they manage to sign sniejder or nasri.
As far as top 4 goes, I think it will be arsenal dropping out of the top 4 with their loss of Cesc. Top 4 might look something like this:
Man U
Man City
Chelsea
Liverpool
Player of the Year: My early tip is Rooney or Suarez.
1. Man U
2. Man City
3. Chelsea
4. Arsenal
Player of the year: Sergio Aguero
You being serious mate Fabregas and Nasri weren't even playing aswell as people make them out to be. Also I don't think A liverpool fan has any right to talk about other teams being bad. You lost 3 games 3-0 in pre season against rubbish teams you guys have no hope with your over rated youngsters.
Manchester United FC
Chelsea FC
Manchester City FC
Liverpool FC
And I think Suarez might be the surprise of the season.

Who will win the league: Man Utd
With them turning over thier biggest rivals in the community shield it sent out a big message 'you can go 2 up.....but we will still come back and beat you.'
Top 4: Man Utd, City, Chelsea, Spurs.
Player of the year: Seeing as its a euro year id expect many players to up thier game. Id go for Rooney/Suarez with Wilshere or Lukaku(if he plays) for young player of the year
Batiatus: What would you do to hold your wife again, to feel the warmth of her skin, to taste her lips, would you kill?
Spartacus: Whoever stood between us.
Batiatus: How many men? A hundred, A thousand?
Spartacus: I would kill them all.
Re: Arsenal
1) Every year during the pre-season there's a general consensus from other teams blind fans and journalists that Arsenal is not Top4 material anymore
2) They usually have a great season and end up as title contenders
3) They f** up during the last ten games and land at 4th place
I think ManU will win it again.
Big question mark is ManCity - I don't see them as strong as the media want to picture them. Most of their players are mercenaries and solo artists.
Liverpool too (no offense to OP). Fact that Liverpool fans are claiming a Top4 spot during pre-season seems arrogant to me based on their last results and preseason friendlies.
Last results ? You mean the demoralized shitty team left over by a horrible manager ? You probably don't know who Dalglish is and what impact he's had over the club during his playing career and even now, managing, he's lifted the whole team's spirits up only with his mere presence, because he's a legend for both the players and the supporters, and if anything ... things like that win cups, high morale and friendship on the pitch.
It aint arrogance but hope, hope that a team that once dominated european football for 20 years will return to its former glory under the leadership of one of its biggest legends. It's things like these ( as I've said before ) that not only win cups but other teams lack, and I'm certain will never have.
And friendlies mean nothing

liverpool. everything. ynwa.
United to win it.
United
City
Chelsea
Liverpool
City will have a great start to the season, but will suffer as a squad from a lack of experience during "squeeky bum time" where I think Chelsea start to catch up and United pull ahead. That said this really is the tail end of the current Chelsea squad and needs a rebuild to remain succesful in years to come, they've peaked as a current squad already.
Liverpool will easily fit in a top 4 this season, I don't expect them to edge past any of the other three this season, but Dalglish has put together a great squad. In the seasons to come they'll be a serious threat.
Player of the year, injuries can affect this but I'll go with Aguero or Nani.
Ex-Mod. Technically retired, they just won't let me quit.
I wouldn't write Arsenal off just yet, I thought the same when Henry and Viera left. Man Utd always have a bad start, but seem to come good by the end of the season.
I think it is going to come down to Man Utd, City and Chelsea, I think this year is going to be a close one.
