If every player had the ability to do that it would crash the game economy.

Blizzard did express a desire to allow us to send heirloom items to characters on other servers though, that could be an explanation.
Maybe restrict it to heirlooms and gold? That's all I'd use it for. Specifically so my 2 characters can share a pool of 6000G

That is DEFINITELY not the case. Blizzard wouldn't cause this much attention for one single class. It's almost obvious it will be some way to transform something, most likely the appearance of gear.

I doubt that would be the case. Warlocks wouldn't Transmogrify their pets, they'd just abandon them and get a new one. Plus there'd be no point in having Reforger NPCs there as well, plus that screenshot isn't anywhere near the Warlocks trainers and there'd be no point or reason for them to be Ethereals.

I am sure we will know b4 the patch hits, once its released on the PTR

You can cross-faction send BoE's to sell, send gold cross-faction without the stupid neutral AH clusterfuck and so on.

I don't think it will be anything to do with appearance. Maybe cross realm heirlooms or something.

If I were to venture a guess, it looks like "Void Storage" is a bank. "Transmogrifier" seems like another barber shop . "Arcane Reforger" another reforge station other than enchanting trainers.

LOL, that would be sneaky of them.

Am I the only one who's not sure/doesn't like the idea of gear appearance changes? I like to look at players with their ACTUAL gear and know where they are at. I also think that if this happened, we might not see changesof appearance as everyone will keep the same look (or mostly). Colour changes seems alright though.. I guess..

Same, I don't like the idea of gear appearance change at all. Wouldn't mind looking like a different race though, or different colours.

For people saying it's related to cross-server heirlooms or cross-character/server storage please LOOK at the picture and consider this:

Why is there an Arcane Reforger there?

Why would such a system require 2 completely different NPCs that clearly offer different functions?

Why would it not be in the actual Bank?

The only gear I can see Blizzard letting us transform is the appearance of heirlooms. I have large doubts about them letting us transform the current level of gear to say T6. Perhaps only the colour at the most.

I think the cross-server bank is there just to say "Look at these new NPCs."

They knew we'd understand "Void Storage" even without a bank, but also knew we'd need the reforger to understand Transmogrification has to do with gear.

Void Storage, where you can pay money (or Shards or marks or whatever) to turn a soulbound item, into an account-bound item.

Any other guesses on what these features could do?
You're probably right about the Transmogrifiers. But i think the Void Storage will simply be an account-wide bank

Gold is the last thing Blizzard wants to be passed around servers. If they could do that, gold sellers will much more easily farm and sell their illegal goods.

The Arcane Reforger makes me think the new NPCs would sell gear, but then why wouldn't they use the old Valor and put the Valor gear down to Justice points like they did with 4.2. The only thing I can think the Void Storage would mean is cross realm storage to share items, maybe bop items.

Honestly I belive blizz doesn't care about gold farmers anymore. They sued one company, but now they only ban them for hacking to make corpse advertisements.

But why wouldn't such a feature be in the normal Bank? Why would it involve new buildings and new special Ethereal NPCs?

Think about it. If people are going to be "Transmogrifying" gear they're going to gather alot of it and will need a place to store it.

I'm extremely positive that the <Transmogrifyer> will be for coping the appearence of items onto others. The <Void Storage> will be storage for items you'll use for that. <The Arcane Reforger> is there to offer stat reforging on your current gear, giving an all-in-one shop for gear customisation.

No way. They've already stated this in the past, they won't do this. But it's not the first time they've changed there mind I suppose.

    Now think of this scenario:

The Arcane Reforger now reforges heirloom gear.

The Void Storage stores heirloom gear account-wide.

The Transmogrifier changes the appearance of heirloom gear.

They are all related, in that respect.
