Resto pvp. Tracking stuff

Hey, so im picking up my old druid again to pvp, and got some trouble tracking hots, mainly lifebloom and who got it, duration etc, so please give me some tips of addons that are easily configurable to show this decently Tried grid but seemed kinda hard..

i honestly dont know of any, but, if you have curse client you could always look under the druid tab and read descriptions and see if any thing strikes your fancy.
