Probably not the most exciting set but I like keeping my sets very classic Horde-ish!

Wow... I like this set. It is certainly very reminiscent of a more classic Horde, especially with that staff. I agree with what others have said that the shoulder piece and the helm don't exactly match, the quality differs too much there. I would recommend maybe... Tier 13 Shoulders (might be too big, but it's a possibility as it matches the colour scheme nicely. Helms that go with this kind of set are hard to find, and I'm pretty picky with it. If it doesn't go with the colour pallet, it doesn't work.

I would say this helm could work very well with this set.

I play a Dwarf Shaman, and I find it can be really hard to get a Shaman set that fits the Alliance. They tend to cater more to the "primal" Horde theme. I really tried to make something that said "Shaman, Alliance, Dwarf". Hope you like it!

I fancied something different, so I came up with this. I felt like creating more of a gritty Tmog, duller palatte, spikes etc. Reminds me of Wrath o.O

That's what I have so far for my enhance set (for elemental im using the purple set).
My first problem is there is no red version of the belt for this set unlike the purple set. Anyone know of a work around belt?
Secondly I'm having trouble finding suitable weapons to match, i'm thinking something minimalistic like Fist of the Deity, mostly because my offhand is a fist weapon and I can't transmog it to anything other than another fist weapon. Main hand is an axe.

I'm thinking something red or horde/shaman like that's either a mace or axe, dual wielding it is fine. The axes from Anub'arak are pretty good but if anyone knows of something that looks like it might belong with the armor please let me know.

So, while trying to gather various sets and pieces for a new mog, I reached a point where I got annoyed and created this mesh-up of a set.

As pretty as they are, I got rather tired of my regular old sets, so tried to make something a bit different:

Doesn't look half. The dark gray and brown/gold is present everywhere and kinda makes it looks like one piece.

The only qualms for me are with the tabard, (maybe) the belt, the cape (i know it's not moggable into something else, maybe hide it instead?), and the fact you're alliance (no problems with the faction as a whole, I'm not much of a horde fanboy, but I do not like pandaren or draenei (though I grew used to the latter), and cant imagine dwarfes doing this justice.

edit: forget the very last part, dwarfes do manage to pull it off quite well.

Ah, yes. My mind filters out tabards for some reason, I never notice them unless they're really ugly.

I don't like capeless pandaren in general, although I tried it capeless and it looks a bit better than other mogs when they're capeless.

Tabards are quite difficult on Pandaren - mainly due to the low neck on most of them, which can make a lot of them look off. But then tabardless looks a bit off as well so it's difficult. Going through them probably only Tabard of Flame seems to "fit" with it, but then I feel it looks a little too red.



I do like the belt though. One thing I have noticed however, is that the belt/tabard look a bit more off on my 2nd TN monitor, my IPS monitor makes them blend a lot better for some reason. Since most people use TN I suspect that most people see the more ugly side of it.

In terms of the tabard it looks nice enough (on my IPS) but the neck is a bit low as with all tabards on Pandaren. The lack of cape also starts making my weapons look a bit off. Oh well!

Finding good mogs on a Pandaren can be quite difficult, since a lot of the pre-MoP stuff looks a bit stretched or off in some way.

I'm very happy with my Astral Walker set. I've been trying to find something that matches the cape well and I think that all of the gold/blue/brown looks pretty awesome, almost steampunky. Plus, you know, stars and junk. Now if I could only get the Elegon mount to drop..

On a side note: Is that really how that stuff looks in game? Guess I miss out on a lot of stuff when you have nearly all settings at Low. =/

You really do. A lot of the MoP gear is very sparkly.
