Help Identifying an Add-on

I can't recall where I saw it, but the video was from a boomkin POV and whenever he/she cast up their dots, it showed the dot picture with a timer on the mob's nameplate. Anyone know of anything like this?

Tidy Plates does something like that, don't know if it's the one you're wanting though...
