Astalder (www.Astalder.com) is a 25 man progression raiding guild, composed of only quality, mature players, with similar goals and visions of how an end-game guild should operate without having to dedicate 6 nights a week to progression. Our main focus in recruiting is to replace players with less than desirable attendance or skill, with great players who can maintain a high commitment level. We do not mass recruit for bench slots, but raid spots are competitive and everyone has to earn their full time position.

Presently we're pushing Firelands 1/7HM and need a few more high quality players to fill full time positions. Hard Modes are starting this week. We expect everyone who is applying as a "Raider" to be able to maintain at least a 95% attendance.

Applicant Requirements:
■ A Reliable & Dedicated player: We expect high raid attendance.
■ A stable internet connection and a computer that can handle 25 man raiding.
■ The ability to listen & speak on Ventrilo.
■ A highly skilled & driven player: A lot of us have been raiding since Vanilla WoW & we plan to keep pushing through all of the content WoW offers, including Hard Modes. Players who are adept at their class and stay up to date with changes.
■ Mature yet laid back. Does contain Adult content and humor. We have a strict no drama policy.
■ Geared for current content
With all of the business stuff taken care of... we are a very active group of players and hope each applicant is as well. While we expect all raiders to give 110% during raid hours and take that time seriously, overall our membership is filled with a bunch of intelligent gamers who really enjoy hanging out together. Having a firm concept of the English language and grammar in general is a plus.
