Who are we?
The Clique is a tight knit bunch of friends, most of which have been raiding together since vanilla wow. When Blizzard announced at the end of wotlk that 10 and 25 raiding would be equals in Cataclysm, we decided to focus on progression in the 10 man setting.
Our main goal has always been to clear content before new raids are released, irrespective of server or world ranking. For T11 we completed this objective as of 23/5/2011, defeating Sinestra and obtaining our first batch of glory drakes. We are also making good headway in Firelands, now up to 6/7 Heroic and working on Rag.
Currently we find ourselves looking for the following classes/specs:
1 x Ranged DPS (Hunter, Shaman and Priest is preferred)
1 x Melee DPS (DK, Pala and Druid is preferred)
2 x Healer (Pala, Druid preferred)
We would also consider an application from any other DPS so long as they had exceptional experience.
We are working on Ragnaros Heroic atm, so realistically we want people who already have significant experience in Firelands and are in item level 370+ gear. Past experience in T11 content is desirable but not required.
We operate under the philosophy that our raiding members want to raid, and thus we do so whenever 10 people are online. Our current raiding schedule (in gametime) is as follows:
Monday: 20:00-23:00
Tuesday: 20:00-23:00
Wednesday: 20:00-23:00
Thursday: 20:00-23:00
Friday: 20:00-23:00
Saturday: Alt+FoG raid/ night off
Sunday: 20:00-23:00
Depending on our current progression and/or goals, we may extend raids until people want to leave. There is no obligation to attend every raid, though we do expect a 60%+ committment.
What can you expect from The Clique?
- A relaxed environment that still pushes for strong progression
- The ability to be yourself and have fun
- A stable and established guild that won't be going anywhere for at least a couple of years
- Support in achieving personal goals outside of raiding
- Consumables, enchants, and gems provided by the Guild bank where available
What do we expect from you?
- Experience with your class, and capable of adapting to the needs of the individual bosses
- Average availability for a minimum of 4 raids a week
- Able to maintain your own addons and gear to a high standard
- Being motivated and generally pleasant to talk to
