What's better for a 25 man raid healing setting,

1/3 in LS or 1/3 in NB.

I think 1/3 NB and only cast regrowth when you in a clearcasted state. 1/3 LS is better suited for tank healing since you can only depend on it when the target gets hit.

It depends on what you heal, if you stay on raid heal on baleroc then you don't need LS at all. Some get more NB to spam fast nourish on torment targets, but some just go ToL and spam regrowth (which i prefer to do). You have to adjust your talents to your role in raid

Honestly I think both are pretty garbage, but if you have to choose between one, I would go with NB. Only 1 point in seed is such a negligible heal as to not even notice the difference. You will however notice extra Regrowth crits and faster Nourish casts.
