I really don't care if they're real or fake, as long as they look and feel good. But as I rather go for something more medium sized -something that fits the persons physique- and when they're fake they're usually huge so I guess I prefer real. Or at least a realistic and healthy look.

The only way I think someone ever had decent looking fake boobs is after they lost them to something like breast cancer treatment. Because otherwise it's usually just MAKE THEM BIGGAR! MOAR BEWBS!! urgh. No thanks.

fake tends to stick out more, ending up more "comically oversized" than attractive. Sometimes it can be hard to tell at a glance, so I'm not sure which to prefer if I can't see the difference.

In the end I'd certainly prefer real, but lets be honest... boobs are only real if you can touch them.

Most people cant really tell when a girl had her boobs done if the job was well done. Most people just say real because when they read 'fake' they think of porn starts with DD's. Most people dont even know what cup is 'big'.

Most generalizations about B, C or D's being small or big are plain wrong because it depends on the frame of the girl, C can be pretty big on small girls and D can borderline small on other girls. And yet you could barelly tell if they are real or fake until you touch em.

ive only ever seen and felt one good pair of fake boobs, and honestly, i was impressed. it was a very well done boob job, although large (not a huge fan of huge boobs lol) very nice. as some people have already said, i prefer the feel of naturals. for me, fakes are too hard and not as much fun to caress :P
