Problem with Control panel

Hello everyone, i was trying to bind my email to outlook, but when i go to control panel to find the "E-post 32 bits" it isn't there, and i don't know where to find it or fix it either. I've tryed searching on google on where to find it. but none of the links i found helped at all. I am running a Latitude D530 with windows 7 professional 64 bits.

Is the Mail icon then E-mail Accounts what u are after?

you cant go in to the options in outlook and add the account that way?
