DBM Questions

Im trying to customize my Deadly Boss Mod's to look like they are in a video I saw on youtube. The question I have is im not sure on the video which is the "General Bar, Small Bar and Huge Bar" as stated in DBM's. I want them to all be stacked on the right hand side like in the video and when the ability is about to happen get bigger and slide to the left just like the video. Any help would be appreciated.

General Bar is just how they look. Huge bar are the ones that slide out to the left, while Small Bar are the ones to the right.
