I'm thinking about getting a Razer Nostromo and wanted to ask a few questions.
Does anybody use a Razer Nostromo for wow?
Is it something you would recommend, or any other devices?
Is it hard to get use to?

It is hard to get used to. People either try it once, hate it and give up, or stick with it and learn to love it.

I use the Nostromo with extensively for several genres of games. It does take some time (hours to days) to get comfortable with the unit, but the payoff is totally worth it.
