This is Lucrum Gaudium
Lucrum Gaudium is a small Cataclysm 10 man guild for experienced, but now casual players(we are basically a bunch of retired raiders with history back to vanilla). We were originally a fairly successfull 25 man guild during Wrath of the Lich King, but lot of our players decided to retire during this expansion. This means we retired as a 25 man raiding guild, and now only a few of us remain in the guild and wish to try a new approach. Our new goal is to stay small, laid back and still do a few raids to be able to experience the Cataclysm raid content. While our raiding schedule is casual, we still want to get the most out of the time we have available which requires everyone to be efficient during our raids.

This is what we expect from you
To be able to get a good feeling of the raid content, it is important that you have some common sense(don't stand in the fire!) and adapt quickly to new encounters. You will also be required to have a positive and friendly attitude, aswell as willingness to actually learn the encounters. Wipes do happen, and we learn from them.

- Understand that we are in no rush. We enjoy raiding, but we are past the stage where we get upset if a raid doesn't happen.
- Understand that we are small. There isn't necessarily always someone online.
- Willing to become a part of the guild. While we will try to include you, it's also up to you that you try to include yourself.

It is also appreciated that you are flexible if your character or alts allow for this, especially if we could use a backup tank, dps or healer one day, and that's all it takes to get us going.
