[A] 6/7-FL H10 LF Mage or Ret - 2 days/week

Raid Days - Tuesday and Wednesday (we have used Mon/Thur as extra days in the past but only if EVERYONE can make it)

Hi! We are a small guild on a medium pop server looking for an Arcane Mage or Ret Pally to fill our raid. Most of have been around since the beginning of TBC or before and most of us did the whole HARDCORE 25 man guild where you don't have sex or a life. When Cata came out we decided we didn't want that, we wanted something different.

We don't recruit. Ever! So this is a one and done type of situation. We aren't looking for someone to come in and grind them through some trial process and make them feel stupid for making a mistake lolnoob as you adjust to 9 other people who know each others voices and tendencies and you don't or anything like that. We don't want you competing against the other people on the bench for that one raid spot left. We want someone who fits our system and wants to raid every week for two nights a week. That being said here is a little about us...

In 4.1 we kind of sucked, we had a shitty healing core and hadn't really gotten our mojo yet. We got rid of some of the bads for 4.2 and have moved up about 6k world ranking spots to sub 1k. We want to keep dropping that number to finish out 4.2 and into 4.3 and we need a GREAT Arcane Mage or Ret to do so (3% damage is currently the only buff our raid lacks). We have folks that had previous top 100 world guild experience (and the achievements to prove it) and some who have just started playing the game, but play it really well (and the WoL rankings to prove it).

Things we value

1. Punctuality - We raid two days a week for a total of 8 hours. We need all 8 of those hours. I am always happy to give requested bio breaks.
2. Efficiency - We are all about using our 8 hours as best as possible. That means prep BEFORE raid. Not showing up holding your dick wondering what boss we might kill and how to do so.
3. Thoroughness - We want someone who scans WoL parses and finds out what other people are doing on fights. We want someone active in their class and someone who knows their class more so then most players in this game.
4. Flexibility - We bring in alts or sit people based on what is best for a single progression kill. We aren't assholes about it and don't do it just for fun. It is on a NEED TO basis only, not because we are bored with mains and want some lolachievement points.
5. Patience - Sometimes life brings us curve balls. Being patient enough and able to handle that curve ball goes a long way to making everyone else in the guild happy.
6. Excellence - When we formed our guild the motto we chose was "Be excellent to each other" and this really speaks volumes about our guild.

We aren't children, we aren't idiots, we don't have screaming children in the background. We are a diverse group of individuals ranging from college kids to working adults, who like to play video games together. We don't discriminate based on age or sex or sexual orientation. We are pretty chill folks We don't nerd rage at each other or cry because someone else took our purples. Loot is just based on rolls and often times people pass on upgrades because they know its better for someone else and we like to share loot with everyone. Its more fun that way.

We want to raid and we want to raid well. Like I said before, we do not recruit, but we have a need and we are trying to fill it. Average iLvL above 370 is preferred but not required. Experience in FL heroics is a plus as well but we are thinking long term not short term.
