Looks good, but here are some pointers:

- Drop down to a 600W PSU. Really, you do not need a 700W unless you plan to SLI.
- Use the money saved to get a non-reference GTX 560 ti (i.e. with an aftermarket cooler, for example the MSI Twin Frozr card). I would recommend the HAWK edition: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127578
- An aftermarket heatsink for the 2500k if you plan to overclock is recommended.

Also, do you need a monitor?
