For one, this needs to go in the video games forum, but since the solution is simple I'll spare page after page of discussion.
You're an admin on your server. Remove the people you don't want. If they don't like it.. Who cares? There are a lot of servers they can go an be dicks on. There is no need to pollute your server and your hard work.
